COLD CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Once produced, it is placed in the cooler for 24 hours to pre-cool. Product is probed to ensure it has been pre-cooled down to 36° before shipping out. Trucks are also tested for proper temperature control before the product is loaded and on its way. Our shipping department maintains a log of every shipment detailing the temperature of the trailer, the time the product was shipped and the temperature of the water at time of shipping.
